Here at Cadiz-Homes, a family run business where we value our reputation above all else, we are honest and reliable, and go the extra mile (or kilometre) to ensure that both our vendors and purchasers are well matched and happy with their choices!

We understand that its confusing enough buying a property at the best of times, but when it is in unfamiliar territory, with a different process and in a different language, then we do our very best to make the whole experience as stress free as we can!

First- You would be surprised how many estate agents have the same property for sale at a variety of different prices. So we always do our best to make sure that we have the most competitive price on any property on our books!

Second- We check on the legality of every property on our books and if there is any doubt that everything is fully in order, then we will not sell it until it is!

Third- We are happy to help you through the whole process of buying - from explaining what is needed, to helping you understand what certain Spanish terms mean. If necessary, we will hold your hand right from reservation through to sitting in front of the notary and getting your keys!

Even then, our job is not over- We like to think our after sales service is second to none and we take care to see the purchase of any property not just through to the end - but beyond if needed. As part of our Customer Service package to our purchasers, we provide advice and assistance with a whole range of after sales issues such as helping you sort out solicitors, currency exchange, bank accounts, mortgages etc. In fact we do our very best to help you with all sorts of information you may require, not just for buying your house, but right through to after you have moved in – with schools, builders, swimming pools, town halls, telephone, electricity companies and water companies, air conditioning and heating and even furniture!
